Realty Virtual Tour produces true 360-degree virtual tours and video tours.
Many so-called "virtual tours"
are no more than a photo album or a glorified slide show.
One
very common method involves taking a dozen or more individual
photographs and a process called "Stitching". These
often can be recognized by the "jittering" effect
in the panning view and the light variations as the
scene moves from
one photograph to the next, and may include no more than
a simple wide angle scene and not a true 360° "virtual" view.

Another
common method involves the blending of two wide angle or 180 degree "fish eye" photographs.
RealtyVirtualTour™ uses
a special lens specifically designed to capture the full 360 degree view in one high
quality frame. We often take several of these single
view shots at different
settings to make sure we get the best lighting balance.
Using our portable equipment we can even generate
samples of the finished
product
for preview
right
on
location. Then we make further refinement of color and lighting
balance for the final product. The
result is a smooth circular motion view of
the entire scene. Several views or rooms can be included in
the same viewer. We can also include a short text description
or
even add a sound
tag to each individual scene.
When
it's done we host the finished product on our own server and provide you with a simple
link code to paste
into your website or multiple listing service such as IDX, RETS, FLEX, MLS, or we can supply the images to you for upload. We can even build a full customized
web site for you.
